Product Ownership & Delivery
Worked across Click & Collect, Returns and International Shipping products, helping shape requirements, prioritise enhancements and take solutions from definition through engineering delivery and launch.
Carrier Integrations
Delivered integrations with 10+ carriers across collection, returns and missed-delivery workflows, working through technical requirements, implementation, testing and rollout.
Partner & Platform Integrations
Delivered integrations with marketplaces, technology platforms and international shipping partners, translating partner requirements into scalable product and technical solutions.
Engineering & Technical Delivery
Worked closely with a distributed engineering team of 6+, bridging product requirements and technical implementation while managing delivery, dependencies and releases.
Operations, Monitoring & Optimisation
Used database querying, operational reporting, monitoring, alarms and service-health measures to investigate issues and improve live products. Drove cost optimisation across the platform, including AWS migrations that reduced infrastructure costs by 25%, and optimisation of Google Maps/Places usage that reduced spend from approximately $6,000 to $3,500.
Automation & AI-Assisted Development
Built multiple AI-assisted automation tools and internal operations dashboards using Python and v0, integrating with HUBBED APIs and deploying on Vercel to streamline manual workflows
